Karli Ricketts

Karli brings three years of commercial real estate experience to the Equivis team, specializing in tenant and landlord representation throughout Indiana. Before joining Equivis, she worked as a tenant representation broker at Niessink Commercial, where she helped national and regional brands execute their real estate growth strategies.

Karli has represented a diverse roster of tenants, including Primrose Schools, Ace Hardware, Urban Egg, FedEx Office, Advance Auto Parts, Half Price Books, Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Domino’s Pizza, and Spencer’s Gifts. She continues to work closely with Primrose Schools, Urban Egg, Ace Hardware, and Domino’s Pizza to support their growth throughout Indiana. Her experience representing both tenants and property owners gives her a well-rounded perspective and allows her to develop thoughtful, results-driven real estate strategies for her clients.

Karli graduated from Butler University’s Lacy School of Business in 2022 with a degree in Marketing. While at Butler, she competed as a Division I softball player, an experience that strengthened her competitive drive, discipline, and team-oriented approach. Outside of work, Karli enjoys spending time outdoors with her two dogs, Gus and Jinks, working on creative projects, and spending time with family and friends.
